Chairman Jerry Ford will conduct our annual business meeting, including the year in review, chairman's citations, annual awards, and the announcment of something B.I.G.

State of the Association - 9 am
Speaker: Joseph Leahy, IIABA Chair-Elect
This annual address will provide an overview of the state of affairs within the insurance industry, challenges facing the independent agency system, Big I Government Affairs victories, and association updates.

"Breaking Ice" presented by the Pillsbury House Theater - 9:30 am
Buckle in and get ready for this award-winning program. The Pillsbury House Theater offers an entertaining and thought provoking theatrical experience that is guaranteed to get your wheels turning. This performance will bring light to inequitites, unconcious bias, and misconceptions that are common in personal and professional relationships. Using humor, drama, and dialogue, the performance and following dicussion teaches audiences how to remove friction and pave the way for positive action towards innovation, motivation, and productivity.  Take a sneak peak.

Networking Lunch - 12 pm

Afternoon Adventures - 1 - 4 pm
Trade in your suits and heels for a few hours of heart-racing, good old fashioned fun. Each activity will pin teams against each other for ultimate bragging rights because we're playing for pride, not prize. So, sharpen your minds, your muscles, and your focus and see if you have what it takes to come out on top.

Strap in and take to the trees with this exhilerating treetop rope course. Teams will compete across various tightrope, swinging log steps, moving platforms, rope net climbs, tunnels, hanging posts and zip lines to be hailed the Gorilla Adventures Champions.

Get ready for a life-changing experience. This fun, interactive, free-roaming, open air Virtual Reality experience will transport you into a digital realm where you will take on a new identity. Your surroundings will become an ever-changing computer generated landscape that will shock and amaze your sense.

This special dinner ceremony recognizes members for their work and dedication to the association and the industry during an awards ceremony and board inauguration.

**Hospitality Huts are poolisde cabanas that companies can host during the 1-4 timeframe on Monday during the event. Henry A. Franz Award Insurance Person of the Year
Established by the IIA of Passaic County and dedicated to the memory of Henry A. Franz, past president, this award is presented to the individual who has made the most outstanding contribution to the health and advancement of the insurance industry.

Richard Hardenbergh Community Service Award
Presented in memory of Richard Hardenbergh, former IIABNJ leader and dedicated community volunteer, the recipient of this award is an individual who has made a significant contribution to the community on a voluntary basis.

Cherise M. Gonzalez Young Agent of the Year Award
This award, sponsored by IIAB of Central New Jersey, is presented to a young agent who has demonstrated service to his or her agency, professional trade association, and community.
James F. Anthony Scholarship
Established in remembrance of former IIABNJ board member James F. Anthony III, this scholarship is available to dependents of IIABNJ member employee. The $1,000 scholarship is intended for high school seniors seeking to further their education. Winner will be announced during the business meeting.
